Nicole Rosenfeld, Esq.
Managing Partner
Nicole Rosenfeld is an Attorney and Managing Partner of Rosenfeld Nitch P.A., which provides representation to commercial and residential property owners against insurance companies for property damage claims throughout the state of Florida. Prior to establishing Rosenfeld Nitch, Ms. Rosenfeld obtained extensive experience as a defense attorney representing insurance companies. Ms. Rosenfeld’s background as an insurance defense attorney provides her with a unique insight into insurance companies’ strategies, which benefits the homeowners she now represents. Ms. Rosenfeld has handled thousands of property damage claims during her career.
Ms. Rosenfeld earned her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University School of Law in 2011 and is admitted to practice law throughout the state of Florida.
Ms. Rosenfeld is fluent in Spanish.
Heather E. Nitch, Esq.
Managing Partner
Heather Nitch is an Attorney and Managing Partner of Rosenfeld Nitch P.A. Ms. Nitch focuses her practice on civil litigation and has handled thousands of insurance claims since becoming an Attorney in 2007. Prior to joining Rosenfeld Nitch P.A. in 2019, Ms. Nitch was a Partner at a large insurance defense firm, where she gained invaluable litigation experience and insight into how insurance companies handle their claims and legal defenses. Ms. Nitch now uses this knowledge to fight on behalf of the policyholders against their insurance companies.
Ms. Nitch is admitted to practice law throughout the state of Florida, and she has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2007.
Ms. Nitch earned her Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University in 2003, graduating with honors. Ms. Nitch then attended law school at St. Thomas University on a merit scholarship and received her Juris Doctor in 2007. During law school, Ms. Nitch served on the Law Review, was the recipient of the Book Award for Legal Research and Writing and was consistently on the Dean’s List.
Daniele Rosenfeld
Director of Operations
Daniele Rosenfeld is the Director of Operations of Rosenfeld Nitch P.A., responsible for the overall management, finances and supervision of the firm.
Prior to joining Rosenfeld Nitch in 2018, Ms. Rosenfeld worked in the wealth management sector for 10 years focused on team strategy with an established track record for increasing overall efficiency and profitability. As a Senior Financial Analyst at Merrill Lynch, Ms. Rosenfeld supported over $400MM in assets for high-net-worth clientele in Latin markets and was rated Top 100 in her role in 2016.
Ms. Rosenfeld earned a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in 2008 and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management in 2006 from Florida International University.
Ms. Rosenfeld is fluent in Spanish.
